Mine Road are an Irish rock band formed in North County Dublin, Ireland in 2012. The band consists of Ken Carthy (vocals), Stuart Cash (guitar), Dave Flood (guitar), Steve Cash (drums) and Peter Carroll (bass - replacing Donnacha Neary in 2024).
The band first came together in 2012 and recorded their debut EP Satellite which features four original tracks including “The Door” and “California”. After a hiatus period travelling and working abroad the band reformed in 2019 with the sole purpose of recording a hard hitting rock album, resulting in the release of their LP Tomorrow’s Skyin 2024. Two tracks from the album, “Snowplough” and “Tightrope”, were released as singles and received massive critical appraise (Nova Radio, Overdrive.ie, HighwireDaze.com, Reverbnation.com) – Shout out to all our fans!
2024 saw a slight change-up in personnel with original bassist Donnacha Neary departing the band after many years of creating music together. Peter Carroll has stepped into that role and the band has been working day and night, playing, writing, getting ready to bring new and old songs to you in 2025. We’re very excited to bring our music out to the world and want to sincerely thank all the fans for their amazing support so far. 2025 is going to be a good one so keep an eye out for tour dates and don’t miss out.
